  1. https //www.oc-meridian.com/uhns/completion/custom/default.aspx?slid=120&did ???? what on earth is this? I am now beginning to understand where the problems lie with the NHS, I went to a & e during August 22 problem was diagnosed, i was told come back the next day to have it sorted (sat on a bed all day then told to go home? no reason given, then called to UHNM again for an ultrasound during December 22 nothing since, so as to your question how did we do, up to yet wasted my time and money, tax payers money, so back to your question how did we do? i would say absolutely worse than useless, i still have the swelling and the pain, I am more swollen and in more pain, regards M Shaw

    1. Hi, thank you for your comments. We have looked at the post you replied to and it dates back to April 2021. The post states that the survey closed on May 7th 2021. Apologies if you have spent time on this.
Healthwatch will still record your feedback on our database. If you are still suffering with swelling and pain, I suggest that you go back to your G.P. for help.
You may also wish to contact PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) if you would like to follow up your issues with the Hospital. Here is a link to PALS at Royal Stoke Hospital. 2. I have received a text this morning asking me how my imaging appointment went, all I will say is that the service and staff were absolutely brilliant. I had to attend for a CT scan for which I arrived early for a 19:00 hour appointment, once I had registered with the receptionist I was dealt with immediately and cannot fault the service I was afforded. My daughter works as an imaging assistant and recently did overtime after her day shift until 20:00 hours (a long 12 hour day) only for the final appointment not to show up, which is really frustrating for all the staff concerned, hence I arrived early just in case I was the last appointment.
All I can say is that the service I had was first class.
