Disclaimers

Please be aware Walk-in and Pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics may be limited to an allocated number of vaccines. Vaccines will be given on a first come, first served basis. Clinics may close early if all allocated vaccine has been used.

Please check this site regularly as walk-in clinics may be cancelled on the day due to weather disruptions; it is important that we keep the public and our staff safe.

Disclaimers for 5-15 are:

Parents and guardians need to attend vaccination sites with their children if they want them to get jabbed outside of school hours (for 12-15s) and consent will be sought on the day.

Please note when attending a clinic, those allowed in are the parent/guardian and the child to be vaccinated. Due to social distancing measures and spacing, we cannot let whole family members in / friends.

On arrival you will be asked to fill in a consent form – if you have your child’s NHS number please can you bring this with you as it helps our process (but don’t worry if you can’t find it)

If your child has tested positive for COVID-19 they will not be able to have the vaccine until 12 weeks after the positive date (clinically vulnerable children need to wait 28 days following a positive COVID-19 test)

There must be a 12 week gap between 1st and 2nd COVID-19 vaccinations (clinically vulnerable children need to wait 8 weeks)

Once you child has been vaccinated they need to wait 15 minutes at the clinic.
